Update to the latest version of exim.
The new version provides:
TLS support
enhanced functionality
the usual slew of bug fixes.
The portage now uses a large sed macro in the ebuild to modify the
Makefile (as opposed to the 3.16 version which just copied a new
Makefile).
exim-3.16.ebuild has been removed in favor of the new version.
Likewise, files/Makefile has been removed now that the ebuild uses sed
to modify the Makefile.
