sys-cluster/ceph: Fix init script
The previous defaults were subtly insane, and very wrong. "supervise-daemon: unable to open the logfile for stdout '/dev/null.96-stdout.log': Permission denied" ? No thanks, let's set some values that allow ceph to start, and log to a reasonable place. Package-Manager: Portage-2.3.24, Repoman-2.3.6
